What If

What if the world just happened?
What if the old myths are not true?
No Eden. No Adam. No Fall.
No Incarnation. No Sin Bearer. No Forgiveness.
No Heaven and no Hell?

Maybe the stories are hard to hear,
Particularly to modern ears,
But what if in the stories,
The Truth, is true?
What would you do?

I can’t imagine this universe just happened.
The myths must have a source.
I’m not scared of symbolism
Or literalism.
I’ve seen hell and hope for Heaven.
